Symptoms

In 9.2 tools release, in the server manager page of RTE Server under the 'Transaction Server Admin' Tab, the subscribers in the RTE instance are listed.

All the subscribers are showing up as active in the 'Active' column. However the number of queued messages and the number of routed messages are both displayed as unavailable

When selecting a subscriber and clicking on the button 'Purge Subscriber Queued Messages' the following error is thrown on screen

There are no relevant error messages in the server manager agent or the RTE instance logs

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login into the server manager console.
  2. From Management Dashboard navigate to the page of the RTE instance.
  3. Under the section Transaction Server Admin select the 'Subscribers' option.
  4. Select the subscriber.
  5. Click on Purge Subscriber Queued Messages.
