E1: 34: Forecast Inbound Processor (R3460Z1I) Ends in Error With User Defined Code Error (0027) and Action Invalid (0001) in the Work Center (Doc ID 2945823.1)

Symptoms

When running the Forecast Inbound Processor (R3460Z1I)  over multiple lines of inbound records (F3460Z1), each line will display the Error Y/N field with Y and the system will not update the forecast table (F3460).

Steps:
1. Create or import multiple lines into the Import Forecast Batches program (P3460Z1) with Transaction Type = JDEFC, Direction Indicator = 1 and Transaction Action = 2.
2. Run the Forecast Inbound Processor (R3460Z1I).
3. Review the pdf report and notice that each line ends in error.
4. Review the Work Center and notice the following errors:

0027 - User Defined Code Error
0001 - Action Invalid
