E1: 15: Recurring Billing Generation (R15100) Does Not Prorate Gross Amount (Doc ID 2945835.1)

After applying ESU JN20085, AR leases do not prorate the gross amount correctly, only the taxable amount is correctly prorated

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create an AR lease beginning 12/7/22 ending 12/31/25 via P1501

2. Enter gross and taxable amount as $1500/month each

3. Run R15100 with Proration PO #1 set to 1 and method PO setting #2 either blank or 3 for the first month
