E1: 77: New Canadian Tax Type F5 Value is Missing From UDC 06|TX (Doc ID 2945883.1)

Symptoms

After applying Canadian Legislative Enhancement Bug 34867145 it is noted in any application for Tax Types (for example Tax Area P069012 or Canadian Additional Tax Overrides P0701732) that there is no Tax Type F5 for the UDC 06/TX. The other Canadian Federal Cx tax types do display.

Steps:
From Employee P0801, row exit Tax Overrides, button Additional Tax Overrides.  Visual Assist for Tax Type.  There is no F5 UDC code.
