Requirements Planning (MRP/DRP)R3483 has incorrect +BAU (Beginning Inventory values) when it is run over the full data selection and where there are items with Planning Fence Rule H that have no Forecast. Running it over the individual item gives correct results.

The issue is sporadic but sometimes can be reproduced repeatedly with the following steps:
1. MRP is running over 30,000+ items
2. Some items have Planning Fence Rule H and Order Policy Code 4
3. The full run fails but data selection on a small set of items gives good results.
