Specific User cannot reserve Composed Page or create UDO. Error : "Failed to add object to project Failed to add the object to the OMW project".

STEPS:

1. Try to reserve a Composed Page.
2. Try to add a UDO to Default Project.
3. Error "Failed to add object to project Failed to add the object to the OMW project".
