E1: 41: Item Cost Inbound Transaction Processor (R4105Z1I) Does Not Create IB Entries in Item Ledger (F4111) and General Ledger (F0911) (Doc ID 2947277.1)

Item Cost Unedited Transaction Inbound processor (R4105Z1I) is updating the 02 Weighted Average Sales Inventory Cost record in the Item Cost (F4105) table, but is not creating IB records in the Item Ledger (F4111) and Journal Entries (F0911) table.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Review the Item Cost (P4105) and note the current cost in the 02 Weighted Average Cost record.
   1. Confirm that 02 Weighted Average Cost is set as the Sales/Inventory Cost.
2. Use Inbound Item Cost Inquiry (P4105Z1) to populate the Unedited Transaction Table - Item Cost (F4105Z1) File.
   1. Enter a different 02 Weighted Average Cost than the current cost.
3. Run Item Cost Unedited Transaction Inbound processor (R4105Z1I).
4. Review the Item Cost (P4105) and verify the 02 Weighted Average Cost record was updated with the new value.
   1. Check the Item Ledger (P4111) and notice there was no IB record written.
