Symptoms

When the HTML Server is installed same machine as the Enterprise Server, the following is repeated over and over in the Security Kernel log:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install HTML Server on the same machine as Enterprise Server

2. Observe that the error message indicated above is repeated throughout the Security Kernel logs.
