Symptoms


Unable to start scheduled jobs when following the OBE for the scheduler (link).

Using the postman to call the API directly.  startScheduler works, but startjob returns the below error.

Steps to Duplicate:
------------------------------

1.  Follow the above OBE and start the scheduler using "/jderest/v2/scheduler/startScheduler" in postman -->  success

2.  Trying to start job using "/jderest/v2/scheduler/startJob/ScheduledMessage" and the above error shows.
