E1: ORCH: P43250 Doesn't Work From Orchestration. "WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION" (Doc ID 2949203.1)

When attempting to use Orchestration that calls P43250 (FREQ), sometimes the transaction fails with the below error:

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Create an orchestration that does the transaction.

2. Make sure you do not have the debug on for AIS/HTML.

3. Run the orchestration from the "Run Orchestration" in Studio, multiple times.

4. You get the "Web Exception" message or "P95400_W95400E"/ Select Application Failure Header Label (the same thing for the Web Exception).
