E1: 40R: Release Number Field (RLNU) Cleared By Batch Cost Update (R42950) (Doc ID 2949225.1)

Symptoms

Where values are entered into the Release Number field (RLNU) field in the F4211 table (via DSE functionality) the fields are cleared if the sales order is run through the R42950 Cost/Price update UBE.  

Steps to duplicate:

  1. Using the Demand Scheduling process R40R010 (Create Schedule UBE) to populate the Release Number/Date in the F4211 table.
  2. Verify that the RLNU ic correctly populated in the F4211.
  3. Configure the Batch Cost/Price Update (R42950) to update the price, and data select on the order created above.
  4. Once the R42950 completes, check the F4211 table and note that the RLNU field has been cleared.
