E1: 08B: Batch Enrollment R083800 Ends Plan 2 Days Before User Defined Date For a Terminated Employee

Symptoms
For a Terminated employee when R083800 Batch Enrollment is run with no Effective Date in the processing options (uses today's date) and a custom date code using User Defined Date the R083800 is setting the end date to 2 days
prior to the User Defined Date.
Steps:
1. Add P08395 Date Code custom Date Code A with Date to Follow set to ED20.
2. Add P08392 Batch Enrollment Parameter for Plan ID, Benefit Status X, Enrollment Status *, Valid Plan Y, Date Code A, New Status TRX.
3. P08330 Enrollment Overrides employee is enrolled in the plan and this has run through payroll through Final Update.
4. P0801, row exit Employee, employee pay status is active, benefit status is X. Termination date is in future is set to 05/16/2023.
5. P0801, row exit User Defined Date 11-20, set User Defined Date 20 to 05/19/2023
6. From Batch Version, run R083800 Batch Enrollment with no Effective Date in the processing options (uses today's date) and data selection of employee.
Note the incorrect end date is set to 05/17/2023.
