Goal
Intermittently the Business Service response times are comparatively high. Whereas normal execution takes time of 60 milliseconds to 80 milliseconds, for delayed ones it takes more than 5 seconds and even sometimes few minutes as well. Issue occurs for both custom and standard BSSVs.
Below are the steps in order to observe BSSV Time Response delay.
- Test ‘GetAddressbook’ request from Addressbook manager service using SOAP UI
- Run this test multiple times and observe the response time of BSSV
