E1: SCHED: Scheduler Jobs (P91300) Stops Working Randomly After Update of Tools Release to 9.2.6.1 With No Errors In the JDE Scheduler Logs (Doc ID 2949531.1)

Symptoms

JDE UBEs/Jobs are scheduled via Scheduler application P91300. These scheduled jobs are working fine for few days but they stop working randomly. During this issue the scheduled jobs are not getting launched / submitted. This issue started after tools release update to 9.2.6.1. When this issue happens, if these scheduled UBEs are run from batch version, they finish successfully.

Restart of the JDE services fixes this issue temporarily.

There is no error captured in the scheduler kernel logs and there is no specific steps to replicate this issue.
