Symptoms

A load balancer points to 3 JAS instance that is different PD environments (JPD1, JPD2, and JPD3). All the environments point to the same data sources. The only difference is the COM for BSFN (logic server) and UBE server.

Basically, load balancing the HTML servers based on which environment the end-user logged in.  The environment is hardcoded in the JAS server, so the end-user doesn't know which environment they logged in. It is a supported configuration per JDE CNC support engineer.

The problem is "My Subscription" doesn't get assigned to all the environments at once. If the user is assigned to 1 JAS (environment) and if the load
balancer is assigned to a different JAS (environment), then the subscription record is missing in the environment.

The issue is F980053 containing the environment info (LibraryList column_).

Is there a way to subscribe to all the environments if a user subscribes to a notification in one environment?
