Symptoms

Transacting Work Order Inventory issues (P31113) displays a warning message "Item is obsolete" for use-up item during super backflush completions

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. P3002 - Setup BOM with couple of items setup with stocking type U - use up
2. P48013 - Create a work order and attach parts list and routing
3. P31113 - Transact inventory issues
4. Observe a warning "Item is obsolete" is displayed
