Symptoms

 Currently in Service Billing (System 48S) it is not possible to use the Retainage Control Flag (RCTL) on the G/L Offset and Retainage Table (P48128) application. Service Billing Invoice Generation (R48121) report only stores retainage in the Accounts Receivable system and computes tax from the total taxable amount.
The request is to add to the G/L Offset and Retainage Table (P48128) application and to the Service Billing Invoice Generation (R48121) report the same Retainage Control options that are available for use in Contract Billing.
