Symptoms

When attempting to copy and paste from an email to the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Media Object text screen,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Security Violation.

A Script injection has been detected.

A malicious tag was detected as an input from the client.

**Your session will be disabled.**
-----------------------

The user is then signed off.

Steps:

  1. P4210 and/or P01012 > Row > add Attachments >New TXT
  2. Copy and paste from email to the TXT Media Object screen
  3. Enter

Changes

 Update tools to 9.2.6 or 9.2.7
