The Configured lines for Unit Price are getting cleared out by P4210  

When updating the tax code or any field in the order header the system is zeroing out the unit price plus blanking out the extended price. This is happening when inquiring on existing configured sales orders and using "Trade Discount"  which was causing the problem. It was observed that the Price Change Flag is being set which is causing the Unit Price and Extended Price to re-set.

Steps:

1. Have an existing Configured Item and Sales Order with Trade Disc (TRDC) Populated
   a. P4210 PO Default Tab #10 Update Header to Detail =1
   b. In P40HDR SHTXA=1
2. Manually update a field in the header that will update the detail(Tax Code)
3. The unit price and the extended price are zero'ed out blanked out
