E1: 42: Order and Basket Reprice (R42750) Fails to Run Against Some Sales Orders Preventing a Required Marketing Allowance From Being Applied (Doc ID 2953788.1)

Symptoms

On some sales orders the Order and Basket Reprice (R42750) fails to run preventing a line for a required Marketing Allowance from being applied.

For example one Sales Order Number was processed by Order and Basket Reprice (R42750) on 1/27/2023 and added a line for a Marketing Allowance but it never ran against a different Sales Order Number so the Marketing Allowance line was never added. Both Sales Orders had the same Customer and Items.
 
Steps to Duplicate:

First Sales Order - Includes Marketing Allowance

  1.  On 1/24/2023 Sales Order Entry (P4210) created lines 1 and 2
  2. On 1/25/2023 a Custom Program (R55003) updated lines 1 and 2
  3. On 1/26/2023 Ship Confirm (P4205) updated lines 1 and 2
  4. On 1/26/2023 a Custom Program (R55003) updated lines 1 and 2
  5. On 1/27/2023 at 11:16 a Custom Program (R55009B) updated lines 1 and 2
  6. On 1/27/2023 between 2:10 and 2:30 Sales Price/Cost Update (R42950) updated lines 1 and 2 multiple times
  7. On 1/27/2023 at 2:22 Order and Basket Reprice (R42750) updated lines 1, 2 and added Line 3 (Marketing Allowance)
  8. On 1/27/2023 at 2:22 Custom Invoice Print (R5542565B) updated lines 1, 2 and 3


Second Sales Orders - Missing Marketing Allowance

  1. On 4/5/2023 Sales Order Entry (P4210) created lines 1 and 2
  2. On 4/12/2023 a Custom Program (R55003) updated lines 1 and 2
  3. On 4/13/2023 Ship Confirm (P4205) updated lines 1 and 2
  4. On 4/13/2023 a Custom Program (R55003) updated lines 1 and 2
  5. On 4/21/2023 at 8:03 a Custom Program (R55009B) updated lines 1 and 2
  6. On 4/21/2023 between 2:11 and 4/22/2023 at 2:21 Sales Price/Cost Update (R42950) updated lines 1 and 2 multiple times
  7. On 4/21/2023 at 22:49 Custom Invoice Print (R5542565B) updated lines 1 and 2
  8. On 4/22/2023 at 2:30 Sales Update (R42800) updated lines 1 and 2
