Symptoms
Two or more Transportation sales orders are raised for the same customer Ship To address number. During entry , the Order Address Form exit is used, and address details are manually changed on one of the orders, to indicate precise delivery address details for the Carrier. When the delivery document "Master Bill of Lading" (R49137) is executed, the differing address values cause an additional Document Number to be generated, resulting in unwanted charges for the customer.
