Symptoms

When attempting to create a new License Plate to an item using the Assign/Remove Items To License Plate (P46L30), the following error appears:

ERROR: Unit of Measure Structure Not Determined (3485)

STEPS:

1. Setup a new item in a License Plate enabled branch.
2. Add loose quantity for the item in a location using the P4114 (Inventory Adjustments)
3. Go into the P46L30 and find the item. Click Build and Create New LP.
4. Click Save - Error above is received.
