Symptoms

When trying to generate tables in a specific environment datasource, the generation fails with below error message:

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to a JDE Fat client /Development Client Machine
  2. Open application P98220 - 'Object Management Workbench' (OMW) by typing OMW in Fast Path
  3. Add the custom table to any test project and click on 'Design' button
  4. Click on the tab 'Table Operations'
  5. Click on 'Generate Table' button
  6. Select the required datasource in datasource field and enter the owner's password if required by your setup
  7. Click OK
  8. Notice the Error "Create Table Failed' on screen
