Symptoms

P3460/F3460 Forecast entry program doesn't have User Reserved fields viz. URAT, URCD, URDT, URAB & URRF for businesses to leverage them for additional functionality as desired.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to databrowser and inquire on table F3460.
2. Review the columns and observe there are no User Reserved fields viz. URAT, URCD, URDT, URAB & URRF.
