Symptoms

CFR11 auditing is not working as expected after a data refresh from PD environment to a Custom environment. PD environment had auditing enabled for few tables and custom environment had auditing enabled for a different set of tables as both PD environment and Custom environment had separate set of auditing configuration tables (F9500001 - F9500006).

After this data refresh, auditing stopped working in PD environment. Few affected tables were F0901 and F0006.
