Symptoms

When setting up a distribution list with two approvers for RSS approvals, the workflow goes into error, but the issue does not occur when using a single recipient.

Steps to replicate:Set P43E09A Distribution list at Business Unit.

  1. Distribution list has 2 approvers.
  2. Originator and approvers have emails.
  3. Create a RSS requisition and press Submit button. Notice that the OR requisition does not appear in the P43E82 (Requisition Approval) application for originator and the P98860 Process task monitor shows an error for the first approver.
