In Affordable Care Act 1094-C when selecting Build Transmissions for a Correction it populates the Receipt ID Being Corrected in F08211 and F08212 from the rejected Original receipt ID instead of the accepted with errors Replacement receipt ID.  This causes the IRS to reject the Correction as it includes the wrong receipt ID.

1. Complete steps for 1095-C.
2. Run R08121A 1094-C Build and from Select 1094/1095-Cs for Transmission P08140 choose Build Transmissions. Submit Form Data and Manifest and transmit XML files to the IRS. The IRS rejects the transmission/submission.
3. P08140 Transmission is set to rejected with a receipt ID x348. Create a Replacement Transmission from the rejected transmission.
4. P08140 Submit Form Data/Manifest for Replacement. IRS returns Replacement as Accepted with Errors with receipt ID x867.
5. P08210 create a Correction AIR ID, make a change to an existing 1095-C in P08119.
6. P08140 Build Transmission for the Correction. The Correction has Receipt ID Corrected number from the rejected original x348 instead of the replacement x867. This is wrong and if the Form Data/Manifest are created the Form Data will incorrectly have tag <airty22:CorrectedUniqueRecordId>x348|1|1</airty22:CorrectedUniqueRecordId> and the IRS will reject the transmission.
