E1: SO Entry (P42101) Doesn't Apply Rounding Rule Price Adjustment for All Customers/All Items to Sales Orders (Doc ID 2960873.1)

Symptoms

SO Entry (P42101) has stopped retrieving and applying Rounding Rule Price Adjustment to Sales Orders

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. The Price Adjustment Schedule (P4070) named COLOMBIA includes a Rounding Price Adjustment ROUND2.
  2. Customer 45589 has the COLOMBIA Price Adjustment Schedule in the Customer Billing Instructions (P03013).
  3. Using SO Entry (P42101), enter a sales order for Customer 45589, select the order line and click the Price History button.
    1. The rounding adjustment ROUND2 is not retrieved or applied to the order even though the Price Adjustment Schedule COLOMBIA was applied to the order and ROUND2 is on the Price Adjustment Schedule COLOMBIA.
