Symptoms

When a plan is added or changed for an individual using the self-service, enrollment with eligibility P08334 or enrollment overrides P08330 programs, the Qualifying Event Code and Date are populated, if you make a change to a plan using Enrollment Overrides (P08330), the Qualifying Event Code is removed.

Steps to Reproduce:
P0801:
Employee Benefit Status = A
Benefit Group = LUISGR
Participation Date = 1/1/23

P08334 Enrollment With Eligibility POs set for 6. Enrollment Event Code = MAR and 7. Call Enrollment Event Form = 1
P08330 Enrollment Overrides POs 3. Enrollment Event Codes = 1

1. From P08334 process the employee through Enrollment With Eligibility. Notice the Qualifying Event Code and Date are populated for all plans.
2. Make a change using Enrollment Overrides P08330 such as updating the rate on the L401K plan.
3. Click OK to save and reenter the program.
4. Notice The Event Code is wiped out.
