Symptoms
Unable to open any JDE application from Menu via touchscreen (on a laptop or iPAD).
The navigation works when opening sub-folders in the menu, but when clicking on a task ID nothing happens.
The issue happens on JDE iPad App, Safari and Chrome browsers.
Steps To Replicate

- Open JDE on a tablet or computer with touchscreen
- Navigate the Menu
- Try to open a menu item (an application for example)
- Notice the application does not open
