E1: 09: Process Auto Bank Statement (R09616) is Not Triggering GL Post (R09801) Program Even Though the Processing Option to Call the Post is Activated (Doc ID 2964436.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 11, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne General Ledger - Version 9.2 and later
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Payable - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Process Auto Bank Statement (R09616) incorrectly uses the User ID from Batch Control table (F0011) when doing a select from the temporary work file (F09UI618) which causes the R09616 to not call the Do Section from SECTION: Print Reconciled because the JOBS, USER, RCUC R is not found.  This also prevents the call to the General Ledger Post (R09801), even though the processing option is activated.

Steps to duplicate:

  1. Verify the processing option to call the Post (R09801) is activated in R09616.
  2. Run the R09616 as a scheduled job.
  3. Note that the transactions created by the R09616 do not get posted.
