E1: SOLEXP: Vertical Scroll Bar is Missing when Accessing Menu via Breadcrumb in Edge and Chrome (Doc ID 2965268.1)

Symptoms

The vertical scroll bar is missing when using Chrome or Edge browser, accessing a menu via breadcrumb and all menu options do not fit on the screen (e.g., 23 or more menu options).
This prevents access to all menu options. 
This issue was duplicated in Tools Release 9.2.6.3 and 9.2.7.3.

NOTE: Issue does not exist when using Firefox browser or accessing the menu option list via fastpath (e.g., task = G05BG) or menu navigation (Navigator > EnterpriseOne Menus > Workforce Management > Government Reporting).

This issue is similar to knowledge document E1: SOLEXP: The Menu Scroll Bar is Missing on Both Firefox and Chrome when Using FastPath to Access a Large Menu (Doc ID 1919208.1).
