Symptoms

The Client sees the following errors in the Security Kernel log, after upgrading their tools release:

"JDB9900722 - Failed to open table F9500001"
"JDB9900728 - Failed to load F9500001 information for environment DV920.
"JDB9900811 - Failed to init CFR info."
