Symptoms
Receiving a web exception error on the application P44H401 Option Cost Detail. Error is:
There was a problem with the server while running the business function F44H401GetPricingAndOtherData.\nPlease exit the application and restart it.\nControl Exited/Changed-Inline Line number 10\nP44H401_W44H401C
Steps To Duplicate:
1: Enter the P44H401 (Option Master) application
2: In the header, input a valid area, and in the QBE line, input a valid option number, and press find.
3: Select one of the returned grid records, and row exit to Option Cost Detail. Form W44H401C loads.
4: When the user presses the find button, a web exception error is generated: "problem with the server while running the business function F44H401GetPricingAndOtherData"
Changes
Upgrade from the 9.2.5.3 Tools Release to the 9.2.7.4 tools release corrected the issue.
