E1:ORCH: Error "E1.Scheduler JobExecution error null during quartz job execution" Repeated in AIS e1root.log for Orchestrations/Scheduled Jobs Not Present in the Environment (Doc ID 2966856.1)

Symptoms

During normal operation of the AIS instance, the following errors about scheduled orchestration exceptions are repeated in the e1root.log of the AIS instance.

The orchestration mentioned in the error message is not present in the scheduler of the environment related to the AIS server

In the error "Exception Occurred Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: https://<SERVERNAME/FQDN>.<PORT>//jde/FormServiceRequest", the <SERVERNAME/FQDN>.<PORT> is for JAS server of another environment, and not the same environment/JAS server of the AIS server where error occurs

Steps

  1. Login into server manager console
  2. Navigate to the page of the AIS instance from the Management Dashboard screen
  3. Open the e1root.log from the 'Logging' tab on the bottom
