Symptoms

Item Balance Purge (R4102P) will purge Item Location (F41021) Records that have Lot Numbers populated, if there is zero inventory and no open orders, but it leaves the associated Lot Master (F4108) records in the file despite the fact that they have no inventory. The number of Lot Master (F4108) records with zero inventory can grow very large, particularly in the case where the items are serial numbered and can only have a quantity of 1 or 0.
