E1: 07: Enhance Source Of Calculation in DBA Setup (P059116) for Values L & F to Work for Prior Year (Doc ID 2967067.1)

When processing a DBA that calculates Hours Worked Per Prior Year, the DBA does not calculate for Source of Calculation L & F for that Prior Year. Currently, reporting cannot be run to find if an employee with prior date hours meets criteria for benefits (union benefits). Can the Source of Calculation value be set up to obtain the data from the 9th period of 2022 to the 8th period of 2023?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a DBA (P059116) with Source of Calculation = L, Y, or F.
2. Run an Interim Check (P07210i) to see if the DBA calculates for the Prior Year.
3. The Prior Year never calculates.
