Goal

In trying to understand the impact of a security setup, which type of security would be in effect when within a single role, on a specific Application|Form|Version, an Action Security Record is set to NOT allow Add/Change/Delete/Copy, but a Column Security Record on the same Application|Form|Version is set ALLOW View & Change (not Add)?

Basic question is if an Action Security record on a role is set to not allow change, but a Column Security record is set to allow change, which record type "wins"?
