Symptoms

P40332 does not populate and does not update User ID field in F40332 for new or modified preferences.

Steps:
1. Go to P40332 and add a new preference.
2. Go to F40332 and notice field User ID is blank.
3. Go to P40332 and modify the preference, F40332.USER is still blank.
