E1: 13: 17: Unable to Add a New Equipment or Service Work Order (P13714 or P17714) with JDB9900401 and JDB3400009 Errors in the jdedebug Log (Doc ID 2967962.1)

Symptoms

Upon adding a Capital Asset Management Work Order (P13714) or Service Work Order (P17714), upon clicking Save, the system appears to create the record, however the resulting Work Order Number displays as blank. The system never creates a new Work Order. There is no error on the screen to indicate why the record could not be created. In the jdedebug, the following errors are observed:

OCI0000179 - Error - ORA-04098: trigger 'TABLE_TRIGGER_NAME' is invalid and failed re-validation
JDB9900401 - Failed to execute db request
JDB3400009 - Failed to perform Insert for F4801

 


Steps:
1. In Work with Equipment Work Orders (P13700), click on the Add button [the issue may also occur in P48201 calling P17714].
2. The system will call P13714; enter the header information, then click on Save and Continue.
3. The system is unable to add the record; none of the information is saved.m.
