The Lot Start Workfile Maintenance application is used to review records generated by the Lot Start Generation process, R44H700.  Users are requesting the ability to enter a specific cancellation date when canceling an open commitment transaction in the Workfile Maintenance application.  Currently, users select the transaction, and then take the Row exit for "Cancel" which will cancel both the JA and the PA ledger amounts using the system date for the cancellation transaction. When cancelling an open commitment through the P4310 - Enter Purchase Orders, users are able to specify a specific cancellation date, however, the P4310 only cancels amounts/units in the PA/PU ledger, not the JA/JU ledger, which causes the budget amounts to be incorrect. 

Users need the ability to cancel open commitments and specify an exact cancellation date, similar to the functionality in the P4310.  This will allow users the ability to select a cancellation date in a prior period when using the P44H711 application.
