Goal

When multiple records are updated at the same time (e.g, mass update using database tool), the same unique key is assigned to all of them. When the audit report R9500005 is printed, the information for these records is grouped together by table and field, not by individual record.

This makes it difficult to correlate specific data points, For example, in the report R9500005.pdf, lot numbers in the F4108 table (page 1246) are not easily linked to their corresponding expiration dates (page 1289) because all of the information for these records is grouped together as shown below.
