Symptoms

Customer just upgraded their web servers on Windows 2016 servers to Windows 2019 and are now noticing a significant slowness when initially logging in and when opening applications for the first time. There are no errors in any logs, but the login and app load times have increased significantly, e.g., from 2 seconds to 10 or more seconds.

The customer's Windows web servers are connecting to an IBM DB2 i database.

Changes

Customer upgraded the OS of their Windows 2016 web servers to Windows 2019.
