E1: GRID: FORMEXTNS: P4310|W4310A Grid Column Property "Disable Input" in Form Extension Is Editable After Focus into Grid Row (Doc ID 2972109.1)

Symptoms

Set up Form Extension in P4310_W4310A Order Detail to disable input on grid columns: Description 1, Account Number, Cost Center, Obj Acct.

After entering info in header and set focus on grid, the disabled grid columns are editable when running P4310 version with processing Option "5. Header Display" set to Blank (Display Order Detail) in TAB(4-Processing).

Steps:

   1. Fastpath IV. Find P4310. Go into Processing Options of version ZJDE0005, TAB(4-Processing), ensure processing Option "5. Header Display" is blank (Display Order Detail).
   2. Fastpath P4310|ZJDE0005. Click ADD to launch form W4310A Order Detail.
   3. Click Form Extension icon. In [Select Business View] choose Order Detail[V4311B]-Detail.
   4. On each of the grid columns (Description 1, Account Number, Cost Center, Obj Acct), right-click and select Properties.
       In Edit Properties, check [Disable Input]. Note: Grid column header background turns blue.
   5. Save and close Form Extension Manager.
   6. Ensure Grid Format box display [Show All Columns].
   7. Mouse hover on grid row. Note grid cells (Description 1, Account Number, Cost Center, Obj Acct) are disabled for input.
   8. Type 4243 in [Supplier], 10 in[Branch Plant].
   9. Focus on grid row. Note grid cells (Description 1, Account Number, Cost Center, Obj Acct) are enabled for input.
