Last updated on SEPTEMBER 05, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne General Ledger - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In the current design, the subledger description fetched in the grid of P0911 always refers to the description of the UDC value set on Sequence 2 in P09071 (Flex format Setup - Subledger).

The system should be enhanced such that the Subledger Description fetched on P0911 for subledger type S to be always based on the combination of all the UDC values involved in the set-up.

Steps:

1. Make sure that P09071 is defined for the subledger flex.
2. Enter a journal entry using P0911 with the subledger type as S and valid values of subledger.
3. Review the Subledger description for all the rows of the journal entry.
