E1: DD: Display Decimal Incorrect for DV and PY But Correct in PD and They All Uses Same DD Spec (Doc ID 2972476.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 05, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Display Decimal in DV and PY are incorrect in all applications such as P4210 and P4310 on web client but working fine on fat client. Also working fine in PD. And they all using the same data dictionary specs and data source.

Example: unit price: 92.24 and in the app is showing 922400.0000

Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access P4210 or P4310 in PY
2. Change quantity and the price: 92.24 becomes 922400.0000

DV, PY and PD uses "data dictionary - 920",  PS uses "data dictionary - PS920" data source.

DV and PY uses separate enterprise server from PD.

jde.ini never point to PS920.
