E1: ASU: PP: When Applying a Custom ASU the R98407 Fails with Error 'JDB9900318 - Failed to find table information in TAM using RDB' in jde.log (Doc ID 2972667.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to apply the custom ASU it fails to generate tables and indexes for the custom tables and the R98407 Table and Index Creation Report
may have the following messages:
-The process completed successfully but there were table orindex errors.
-'Table Format mismatch' is thrown for tables like FD3N0001,FD3N2053,..etc

The jde.log has the following errors

JDB9900318 - Failed to find table information in TAM using RDB
JDB9900913 - Failed to create global table specs for FD3N0001
JDB9900307 - Failed to find table specifications

 Steps

  1. Login to JDEPLAN on Deployment Server
  2. Open ASU application
  3. Select the custom ASU from the list which is already installed through .exe on Planner and click on Next
  4. Select the environment as DV920 and clicking on Next
  5. The R98407 and R98405 are run
  6. The screen stuck at table conversion of F0101 with Conversion program failed
