Symptoms

When resetting a user password after enabling Self-Service Password Reset, the reset link received in OUTLOOK ON THE WEB (OWA) is not linkable/clickable.


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable Self-Service Password Reset in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and reset a user password - See E1: SEC: How to Enable Self-Service Password Reset in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Release 23 ( Doc ID 2938494.1 )
  2. Check the email using OWA (Outlook on the web) and notice the reset link is not clickable/linkable.
