Symptoms
While changing the Enterprise Server INI value userlistcleanupinterval (User List Cleanup Interval) from never to 7200 using SM Console , below error message appears on-screen:

Unable to convert the specified value into the expected data type of 'int'. Validate the value was entered correctly.

Steps to replicate:
- Login into Server Manager Console
- Navigate to Enterprise Server instance --> Security section
- Change the User List Cleanup Interval value from never to 7200
