When attempting to add a grid column using Form Extensions, a desired business view column is not displayed/available in the available Business View Columns of the Form Extension Manager. The target column cannot be added to the grid of the application form.

Example:
In Application P0457_W0457A (Work with Bank Tape) with Business View = Work With Bank Tape [V0457A], six Business View Columns are listed/available when selecting the Grid option in the Form Extension Manager, but 24 are listed/available when selecting the Form option in the Form Extension Manager.

Two columns not listed in the Grid option include:
Amount [F0457.AA]
Bank System - User Number [F0457.BACS]
